    Any good for 4K gaming?
    Lee.Nathan's avatar
yeah it will be able to do 4k gaming, the hardest to run games you might have to turn settings down to maintain 60fps. I'm worried about 12gb in the near future which may become a limiting factor particularly at higher resolutions where higher resolution texture packs require more and more VRAM to be rendered effectively. We are seeing that last gen 3070 owners are being hamstrung by 8GB nowadays and the problem will extend to 12GB cards eventually.

Excellent price, but sadly another good 4070 ti deal where the card is too long for my case: about 33cm for those with limited space.
    Czubaka's avatar
I had the same issue and settled for a 4070s which is 31.5cm

You may look into getting some slim fans if it's only a small clearance issue but then, the costs are adding up... (edited)

Mine was just delivered! Working at the moment, will have to check it out later

Impressed with it? I'm going for a new build tomorrow morning

Is this only for NHS workers? I can’t get the code to work as a non-life-saving pleb

Still working for me as a non NHS worker, I've opened up chrome on my phone and the link itself is temperamental, it worked this time by copy + pasting it into chrome but not by clicking on it like it was before. If it's not working now try in a bit / on a different browser / on a PC. This is what it should look like when the link works:

Try copy and pasting from the description too, the link is intermittent.

Should look like this when it works

    Mutha Hubbard! Decent deal

The VRAM is triggering me, but that's Nvidia for you. Regardless this is a great price.

Yeah same, i am gonna wait for my next upgrade and get a 16gb+ card. But this is great for anyone on a 900/1000 series gpu right now (maybe bar the 1080ti) (edited)
  7. anuruddha's avatar
Is it worth upgrading from 1080 ti?
    Lee.Nathan's avatar
Yeah the 1080ti was the GOAT, but it's time to move on I'd say, it's showing it's age now. Just upgraded mine to a 7900xt and gifted it to my little brother but it was actually a big upgrade to him who was on an rx 570. Says a lot when it takes 7 years before you really feel the need to upgrade...

    Here’s my setup:

    Corsair 4000D Airflow
    Intel i5 13600KF
    PNY VERTO XLR8 4070ti OC
    Corsair Vengance RGB 16gb (x2)
    Corsair LL120 RGB fans (x6)
    NZXT Z690
Corsair Elite Capellix H100i 240mm AIO
    AUROUS 950W Gold PSU
    And some M2 storage

All components were used other than the PSU, RAM and M2 drives! After some weeks of watching items on eBay, HUKD, PC part picker etc.
  9. athonjohn93's avatar
How does this stack up vs the 7900xt?
    Lee.Nathan's avatar
7900xt about 10% faster in non ray tracing while 4070 ti will edge it in ray tracing typically. One big consideration is the VRAM, 12GB on the 4070Ti and 20GB on the 7900xt. Could be squeaky bum time for 12GB cards in the near future like it is at the moment for 8GB.

What about warranty ? Ar you sure that PNY approve ebay as a seller with receips from them? In my opinion this item is without warranty in UK/EU. (edited)

Make sure to follow the instructions in the description to get the code to work
    toge's avatar
are you slowing becoming Mr GPU, bobbins? sarden being Mr Prebuilt and me being Mr AM5 ITX
  12. rcom's avatar
Might have grabbed one of these as a stop gap from a more reputable retailer, but the probable lack of warranty is a no-no for me. (edited)
    awesomegiles26's avatar
Did just recieve this message as I queried with the eBay seller. Obviously can't say how much can trust,
    52599721-T6CZp.jpg
  13. awesomegiles26's avatar
PNY responded to my warranty query. They state you'd need to provide the original invoice prior to eBay's invoice (i.e the invoice where Brandbonanza) purchased the items.
I have messaged eBay store and waiting a response.
But if they can't provide this invoice, then assume there will be no chance of claiming on the warranty unfortunately.
    52606565-FCh12.jpg
    rcom's avatar
We may be pleasantly surprised, but it's unlikely they would provide an invoice of where they purchased the card (and for how much). It remains to be seen how this one seller can sell these new cards way cheaper than everyone else, even before the voucher code at £599. (edited)

    Bargain! Heated
    toge's avatar
agree Mr Always Posts in GPU deals....
  15. zachaby63's avatar
Great deal and heat added! I can't get the extra code to work but even then 600 for the 4070ti is pretty good by itself. Not at all mad that I paid 750 for my 7900XT 9 months ago... (edited)
  16. awesomegiles26's avatar
Anyone know about warranty? I was about to buy but thought about warranty. No mention on listing. Pny warranty policy just says authorised sellers and doesn't state who they are.
I can't find any previous deals from this eBay seller on hukd and not company I've heard of. Even Google didn't really show anything for this company.
    MrSmallBear's avatar
You won’t get one with this
  17. jimbo001's avatar
Great deal! Not sure about warranty status though.
  18. Ziggypoptastic's avatar
Bout 10% faster than the super but 25% more power hungry. (edited)
    toge's avatar
the vram on this is poor though.

    Currently running a 5600x with a 6700XT. Is the 4070 Ti a decent upgrade?
  20. airhairlair's avatar
Is this card much of an upgrade to a 3060ti founders?
    DisagreeableRunt's avatar
I upgraded to a 4070Ti last year, from a 3070, and no regrets whatsoever. It gave me the performance bump I was after at 1440p, and then some. It pushed me to upgrade my 5600x to 5800x3d as well though! (edited)
  21. bonjwa's avatar
Never heard about this seller / shop but this is an amazing price for 4070 ti!
  22. JackBauer123's avatar
Great deal overall OP, but that Vram isn't great.
  23. awesomegiles26's avatar
Wow, I was looking for 4070 super but looking at comparisons, this seems to beat that and is cheaper
Been wanting a triple fan GPU as I have the space and prefer look over a double fan
    XiaofengXiaofeng_Xiaofeng's avatar
Of course it beats the super lol it has more cores

I bought this card a few months ago before the price went up (now its back to what i paid). Great card that runs cool but you cant increase the power limit if that is your thing.
    Fents's avatar
Going above 300w would be ridiculous anyway

These days all cards are pre-overclocked out of the wazoo coming out of the factory
  26. MrSmallBear's avatar
Gutted. I bought the 4070 super deal that was posted 2 weeks ago
  27. P-7's avatar
Been using this GPU for a while now, excellent price
    JackBauer123's avatar
Has the relatively low Vram been an issue for you?
  28. Zedmeister's avatar
Is it worth upgrading my 3070ti and getting this? How much can I get for my 3070ti on ebay?
    Arkz's avatar
search 3070 ti on ebay and click sold items, sort by recently sold.

Personally I'd wait for a bigger jump in perf.
  29. Unrecogniseduser's avatar
Good price for the market. Paid £620 over a year ago for the 3080 and this is around 20 percent faster.
    Arkz's avatar
    Yikes, that was new, right?
  30. fillroyy's avatar
The link just takes me to the ebay homepage, where the code doesn't work.
    awesomegiles26's avatar
Read the description on the deal, there's link you need to copy and paste ect

I’m not too clued up on PC’s, I currently have a dual fan 3060ti, do you think this would fit where my current one is! There is loads of space to the right of my current gpu (see photo) but it will be much longer than the motherboard.

    Thanks!
    Lee.Nathan's avatar
    Yeah it'll definitely fit
  32. Bitza_'s avatar
I got an rtx 3090 24 GB innno3d but it's very loud and overheating, would this be an decent replacement? Thanks
    Lee.Nathan's avatar
It's a sidegrade at best and a downgrade in VRAM capacity. Are you comfortable with taking the graphics card apart, cleaning up the heatsink and repasting the gpu die? I would try that before making any big purchases.
  33. RukasuMi's avatar
is this expired, i tried using it today after it working earlier and wasent working
    awesomegiles26's avatar
Still working. Maybe empty basket. Then copy link in description and paste into your browser, find your item (probably shows on page as a recent item), add to basket, enter code
  34. awesomegiles26's avatar
Price increased by seller now so deal ended
