About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
I'm looking to start a new sim-only deal next month, I've been looking around and this seems like a good offer.
Possible £3.50 a month, which is what I'll do, through topcashback.
Topcashback - topcashback.co.uk/mobiles-sim-only-deals/ £30 on all sim only Vodafone deals less than £16.

We would advise that any Vodafone basics sim only purchases would only be eligible for the lower £5 cashback offer. The offer for vodafone sim only deals should be for the sim only packages you are taken to when clicking through from that offer link specifically.
Best wishes
Phil
When I look under Vodafone Mobile, it comes up as £29.75 cashback for the £6 SIM card. Good deal and heat added, especially as it then gives access to Vodafone Rewards, which seem very good to have lately.
I was looking at deals on Uswitch the other day and it said this:
Vodafone's VeryMe rewards app gives you access to loads of great offers, discounts, competitions and freebies. Please note: the VeryMe rewards app isn't available on Vodafone Basics plan.
Only pro fibre I believe.
I have been with Lebara nearly a year now. Great network and I am surprised my self with how well CS responded too to my inquiry.
App is good as well. 30 day contract is also reassuring.
1.99 for 5 months 5.90 there after. (edited)
This deal is misleading and is only hot because 'basics' isn't clearly stated anywhere in the title or description.
Load of rubbish, go with ASDA Mobile' which do this same deal for £1 extra s month but you get all the above included.
Just done the test again in a different part of the city so well pleased with results.

As for basics, I don't like them for me & think Basics needs to be in the title, along with no option to roam & no 5G ideally in the title too, but certainly near the top of the description if not. At least basics gets VeryMe & full speed 4G. Not something I'd go for, but an interesting option for some.
Wow Asda sounds a great option.
Vodafone's actual website states the following for who can use Vodafone Veryme:
"All Pay monthly mobile customers, all Pay as you go mobile customers, and Business customers with 1 to 9 employees."
Also, I have three family members all on Vodafone Basics and have been using the Veryme rewards without any issues. Maybe Uswitch just have inaccurate info? (edited)
Definitely, it beats this deal hands down.
That’s actually not true. I’m on the £8 15gb basics plan. Here

With 5G & roaming included! Even 100 international minutes too! Though you missed out on free sweets that you have to pay £4 postage on.
Still waiting to hear a usage case that makes Unlimited Lite good value.
Out of interest, at 10Mbps, how much data do you use? (edited)
I have changed it now, thanks for the heads up, none of that makes a difference to me but appreciate it does for some people.
Thanks
Thanks
I have a physical sim for business and this would work well as a cheap personal esim so i can use both on my iphone (edited)
Thanks for your input
This appeared on their website about a month or so ago, wasn’t there before,so could be recent change and only applicable to new customers…. (edited)
Nonsense or others can prove otherwise, I'm PAYG £10 and use Very Me
vodafone.co.uk/my-…rds
Not the case anymore. I have the 1GB Sim Only Basics plan, wifi calling working just fine.
That luckily isn’t the case with Asda mobile, give it a try this month on 5G, and got 140Mbps download
I've got a standard simo with Vodafone but Wi-Fi calling doesn't work as I don't have Vodafone firmware on my mobiles. Told this may not be the case once I get the Android 12 update. (edited)
Fairly confident it has been the case for at least 6 months (I don't like basics, but knew they could get VeryMe for some time).
Only on 'Unlimted' & 'Unlimited Lite' (it would be less confusing to call them limited & more limited - another OFCOM sanctioned abomination).
Yes they do, on 'unlimited' plans. (edited)
Got them speeds on the £10 12gb deal, impressed
I've only just switched to Lebara and only ran the test once.
