I appreciate that these aren’t cheap flip flops but I wear them all year round and they really are great in terms of comfort and longevity. These are normally a good £35 a pair on a deal for the large sizes like me.

    Would you really want to open a bottle you're going to drink from using a bottle opener on the sole of a shoe that has been scooping up dirt and muck (or worse) as you've been walking along?

    I bought a pair of these a few years ago and the straps had been badly glued / welded togther forming a very good cutting blade at their edges that sliced my feet to pieces after my first walk in them. Expensive peice of crap.
