    So do they start their young life as mini sausages, with a puberty period as chipolatas, before developing into an adult sausage?
    Therefore Richmond sausages are the older sausages. Tough and tasteless.

    Look for a brand called korkers here might be an outlet near you I’m sure they do chilled or frozen delivery hope it helps

    Minimum of 64 sausage purchase it seems:

    But they seem too fatty.
    Even their "Premium" 80% pork sausage is 25% fat ("Fat per 100 G/ML : 25 g - of which Saturates per 100 G/ML : 9.6 g.") (edited)

    Sainsbury's butchers choice sausages are the best. Oven cooked they come out great.
