    They've started to cut the shank off, so you just end up with the bone and a narrow strip of fat / meat. One more way to rip you off

    Go to your local butchers. I get local meat that is well butchered. The farmer is well paid and I enjoy the meat. Win win

    Llechwedd meats are doing half Welsh grass fed a lamb for £50 at the moment. Don't know if their any good but have just ordered from them.
