Coil whine is nothing to do with manufacturer of gpu. All of them can exhibit this problem. My 3080FE does it too. (edited)

Should get it from ocuk too. They are one of the retailers for it and they had an article about the promotion being extended literally a few days ago.

Will this run well paired with Ryzen 3600?

You will be fine if wanting 4k60, any lower resolutions, your higher FPS will start to be restricted due to bottlenecking.

i dont think i can do it this year. Its either AMD and risk crashing/crappy optimisation or Nvidia and get ripped off....

I have a 3080 but was still tempted... I'm still hoping the XTX will come down to these levels later this year.

Which one mate? You may be hitting cpu bottleneck potentially.

With ocuk you can pay on finance, there's more options eg: 12 months interest free but early repayment fee of £30

Long post Inc. Still on a 5700xt should off sold to miners but I digress. I had issues when I first built my pc blamed the GPU drivers etc. it was actually scumbag Corsair ram what was at fault clashing with my 3700x as you can't see the die buying from Amazon, put in crucial 5 month later and less crashes then the 1060 had in my old pc prob one every few months if that on a 240 Hz 1440p moni+ rand 2nd

Just hope nothing goes wrong as their RMA is shocking and you only get offered partial refunds
