15% off is not an absolute bargain, these groupsets were kept at retail prices for too long during COVID but, as production is back to normal and everyone that never thought of having a bike bought one, there will be proper bargains coming our way

If I was looking for rear + front derailleur + gear cassette only, will still be worth it getting all than separately?

Then you have hassle of selling the rest of it, but you probably could save some money that way

Can I get a cheap cannondale supersix hi mod frame to stick it on anywhere? As mentioned above be great for a winter bike although the metal on my R7000 brakes was sub par and corroded after very little use. Older silver 105 was bulletproof on comparison.

I'd go for a bespoke 3d printed titanium frame for a winter beater, unless you're a dentist at which point the supersix is the frame for you.
