    Bit of a nothing article to be honest, it basically says there isn’t any substantial evidence because there aren’t enough studies. It also suggests the main reason people use standing desks is to lose weight which I just don’t think is true. Of course you’ll burn more calories standing rather than sitting but its not going to be nearly as significant as even light exercise. I think people are mostly looking to mitigate shoulder and back pain or feel that standing makes them more focussed and increases productivity. Not sure what the evidence says about this though.

    I did compare both and ordered SONGMICS one. I have a normal table from them and it’s pretty solid.
