Details

Maximum wireless signal rates are the physical rates derived from IEEE Standard 802.11 specifications. Actual wireless data throughput, wireless coverage, and quantity of connected devices will vary as a result of network conditions, client limitations, and environmental factors.

The Power of 6E
Wi-Fi 6E more than doubles the available spectrum, meaning no more competition over the airwaves. Experience blazing-fast speed Wi-Fi thanks to the clean 6 GHz band and the added 160 MHz channels, eliminating interference from legacy devices. The 160 MHz bandwidth may be unavailable in the 5 GHz band in some regions/countries due to regulatory restrictions.

The Best Performance & Coverage
Thanks to the greenfield 6 GHz band with more spectrums, it benefits the backhaul performance between Deco units, bringing the most stable and strongest network, covering every corner of your home. Thus, it also improves the overall Wi-Fi performance of all non-6E devices. Deco XE75 works with all Internet Service Providers and is 100% backward compatible with all Wi-Fi generations and devices.

Features

  • Whole Home Wi-Fi 6E – Cover up to 5,500 ft2 with next-gen seamless Wi-Fi and make dead zones and buffering a thing of the past, 3 Gigabit ports per Deco unit
  • Brand-New 6 GHz Band – Experience the latest frequency of Wi-Fi, eliminating interference from all legacy devices. The 6 GHz band also delivers a powerful dedicated backhaul to further streamline the Wi-Fi performance of non-6E devices
  • True Tri-Band Speed – All three Wi-Fi bands work together to unleash your network’s total speeds up to 5,400 Mbps for 200 devices, compatible with all Wi-Fi generations and works with any internet service provider (ISP) and modem
  • AI-Driven Mesh – Unites your home under one name and password while delivering the best connections as you move room to room, easy set up
  • TP-Link HomeShield – Keeps your home network safe with cutting-edge features for network and IoT protection, with 3 years manufactory warranty

Seriously, how does the 'offers' work on Amazon and more so the market-place sellers who do these 'offers'?
Sadly I missed the offer for these DecoXE75 twin pack yet I have checked daily for price changes, so far the prices have varied from between on average £360 and £380 so did the seller (Maznun ltd) make a loss when these were on offer?
And what the heck is this 'Amazon Exclusive' banner, it seems to me that these banners are just a form of 'enticement' to lure someone in and not exclusive to the shop selling it.

To finish, can anyone confirm that the offer at £219.99 was valid and genuine?

The ones I bought were direct from Amazon and not a 3rd party seller. They must have only had a few boxes in stock as the deal didn’t last long. Mine have been great since I set them up - getting a throughput of 800Mbps between my upstairs and downstairs now - great for streaming my content across my network.

Good price, I'd be very tempted normally but I already have a pair of Asus XT8 boxes which give almost exactly the same performance in review speed tests.

The only difference I found is that the TP Link’s firmware was far more stable. I loved my XT8s but the firmware is complete trash.

What happened with the wifi 7 pre-order that TP-Link was doing - did it not reach the UK? (yes yes I know nobody needs wifi 7 and it's not ratified...)

Thanks OP, think I nabbed the last one just now as price is back up to £380 (edited)

Is the orbI worth the extra from Costco reviews seem to favour them in the world of mesh networks?

I’ve used lots of mesh systems over the last few years (I get to test them through work) the Orbi stuff is horribly overpriced, BUT they also have the most stable system by a country mile. TP Link is decent for the money though. If you can afford the Orbi I’d recommend it.

Yes. Thanks to the OP. Shame the 3 pack isn't heavily reduced.

Took about 8months for them to release the wifi6e after the states.

Anyone done bufferbloat tests on Tp-lInk deco products? I'm debating if I should leave my Asus adaptive qos router for this. At this price it's close to a no brainer. However Tp-link likes to release 50 different versions of the same product so if you happen to get a version they don't really support any longer it's kind of annoying. It seems like the tri pack X55 is only ever V1 and that gets alot of support so it may be worthwhile getting that over this. Yeah you lack 6e but a tri pack will beat a 2 pack in range anyway.

Apparently, there's a "Pro" variant that has 2.5Gb ports. Costs quite a bit more though... (edited)

TP-Link Deco XE200 - AXE11000, or the BE85 - BE22000 are the ones to get in my opinion.
