Anyone have any experience of these? We need to replace a bathroom towel rad like this that's gone rusty think that was a Kudox brand? Thanks

I have a different Ultraheat towel radiator from Costco.
Nice quality rad - but poor packaging on the first one resulted in a pinhole sized leak.
One call to Costco and they had the manufacturer contact me, they sent me a replacement (which was in new packaging) and were very patient as I waited for the plumber to have time to swap it over.

The combination of a decent product + Costco customer service worked for me (even with a blip).

Ultraheat if memory serves are a brand of pitacs.
Look its really cheap and they make no worse or better stuff than most cheap towel rails in the market.
This will be manufactured in Turkey, think they might bring in product from far east too now?
Any chrome rail is chromed on mild steel.
They will rust and eventually flake off.
Make sure you have a compatible closed heating system and that your water is in the right ph range or things will go south quickly.
Its 70 quid so really cheap but wont give great heat output or last that long.
Look for proper Stainless Steel rails if you want that, but they will be no where near this price.
Might also wish to consider electric rails, as they will dry towels in the summer with the heat off and as we de-carbonise and ban gas they are the future.

Hey guys, do these come prefilled with the heating element installed? I'm in a flat so only need an electric one (no central heating). I would appreciate any help please.
