    Cheaper to use one of the 10% discount codes in that situation. Apparently you can find them on Twitter sometimes but I've bought a few off eBay for £4.50 in the past

    Delivery company managed to damage the oven before it was delivered. Samsung won't send out an immediate replacement until it's returned to them and been inspected

    I challenged them on it and they then said it was because they had no more in stock but should get a re-stock next week....
