    Just a warning to everyone. Might be only me getting problems.

    These are messing me about paying my last claim. Excuse after excuse as to why they've not paid me my latest cheque.
    They paid my first two claim's without any hassles but my third payment has been on its way to me since January 2nd.
    My fourth installment is now due so let's hope they pay that but I'm not holding my breath they will.
    Considering these are part of Currys, I'm definitely not using them again when my upgrade is due in May. (edited)

    I had an email a few weeks ago saying the cash back from that period hadn’t been sent out even though you had been emailed due to an error.
    I got the cheque last week. If you don’t get it soon would be worth contacting them.

    There is roaming. Only the Basics plans will not work abroad.

    But if you mean free roaming, then sadly that has gone and is now chargeable on this sort of deal but with various bundles e.g. £8 for an 8 day Europe pass.

    Might be worth dropping Vody a ticket about this - I have a Vody sim 'through' Mobiles and I'm having issues getting a Transfer of Ownership request to go through so I can take over my Mum's broadband/landline account with them. I want the Vodafone Together perks

    She's being told to call them when asking for an update but their phone support is dire...

    Yes never had problems with cashback before when transferring a number - I think you can update your details on your mobiles.co.uk account

    I've looked but I can't see what speed this is ? Max speed is £34 or £17.50 after cashback some are 2mbps is this one of them ?
