The reviews for this company are shocking.
Surely this doesn't comply with HUKD publication rules? (edited)

If uncertain go for Lebara (same Vodafone network) but there's no contract so if it's terrible you can just leave. There's a couple of offers with 12-15GB.

Talkmobile are decent, same signal and speeds as Vodafone and Lebara in my experience. The only issue I had in the past was with my Pixel 4a 5g - for some reason I wasn't able to change the SIM settings (something to do with the proxy) and I wasn't able to use Instagram on mobile internet.

Was a bit weird and although not ideal, I lived with it.

Back with them now on my Pixel 6a and no issues.

Same for me. Have been using voxi (alos Vodafone) for about 12 months, and only for a recurring payment issue that they couldn't seem to sort out, I moved to talkmobile and they've been great. Good solid performance and speeds. (edited)

I have used twice and not had a problem. Screen shot offer and log when the 120 days are up. If nothing heard, contact them and, if necessary, provide evidence.

I’m with talk mobile. 3 weeks in and the signal is poor. Only get 3G most places. Lebara and Voxi are my kids sims and they are much better for service in Northumberland even though all use Voda. I’d stick with Lebara if you can.

Are you confident it's not due to the handset rather than the MVNO network?

I agree with Mike, I tried lebara, Vodafone and talkmobile and lebara and Vodafone are much better and talkmobile is shockingly bad even though they are all on the same network. I strongly recommend people stay away from talkmobile

They are a scam , had vodafone broadband offer with giftcloud voucher 6 months no news and no emails or anything . Avoid them like a plague.

My main concern with Vodafone is as they are in the process of discontinuing their 3g services, so unless 5G phone we know at times there can be those 4g Blackouts, one night be falling back to 2G

I tried this network around a week ago.

Customer service seems very good and you’re never sat on hold long at all.

Phone calls were ‘ok’ but as far as using data goes I felt like I’d gone back in time. Struggled to send WhatsApp pictures or search for a Spotify song etc.

Left the network using PAC code within 14 days and they still sent me a bill. This was cancelled when I called up.

    Based in Solihull.

To get pac code from them had to spend half an hour on phone!!
No Free Foaming for new customers but good reception.
