we went on opening day as the it had been advertised as fully accessible, as we were checking in the manager told us the lift hadn’t been installed and wasn’t expected to be for 6 weeks. He said they had had words with fever (the ticket selling app) about the fact that they had miss advertised it, he said we should contact them for a refund.
