Is anyone planning on going to this?

we went on opening day as the it had been advertised as fully accessible, as we were checking in the manager told us the lift hadn’t been installed and wasn’t expected to be for 6 weeks. He said they had had words with fever (the ticket selling app) about the fact that they had miss advertised it, he said we should contact them for a refund.

We did that and fever are trying to claim it was never advertised as accessible, luckily I have a screenshot with proof but thought if anyone was going if they could ask for a contact number for the manager or someone other than fever who don’t seem to want to refund or credit for their mistake.
