There is q bit of fat on this joint too. but not some weird additional stuff just put on top.
Lamb leg is already on offer now. Shoulder was last week. (edited)

Different cut at Morrisons.This is higher quality for 51p a kilo more.Sometimes cut a bigger joint down,dice it and make Stew & Dumplings.Meat just falls apart perfectly.
