Said I should wait till I get the TV and happy with it and then come back on email to confirm.
120hz vs 144hz is barely going to be noticeable, 60hz vs 120hz is!! Have a 144hz and 240hz can't really tell Any difference, watch HDTV on YouTube before making a decision on what oled to get he is the best around I have found, plus rtings (edited)
Just contact CS they price match themselves even after purchase for a period of time.
otherwise im getting the QD OLED from sammy- first OLED to do 4k 144 hz, a 144 hz OLED will probably look better and smoother than a 180 hz gaming monitor... just insane.
C'mon LG, tempt me away from Samsung. go under 1k
I agree. on a scale of WTF
30fps to 60 HUGE
60 to 120 definitely see it, smooth
120 to 144 wont see it- but will be smoother gaming
144 to 240 some might notice an improvement, definitely helps pro gamers
240 to 360 - apparent the US army did a test and fighter pilots can notice 200-300
that being said. the world's first 4k 144 hz display is a tv, OLED, with 1500 nits highlights, with true RGB OLED, real highlights, especially on colors.
also frame times- (lower is better)
30 fps= 33.3 ms
60 fps= 16.6 ms
120 fps= 8.3 ms
144 fps= 6.9 ms
180 fps= 5.4 ms
240 fps= 4.2 ms
360 fps= 2.8 ms
500 fps= 2 ms (world's fastest gaming monitor) (edited)
If you have no morals...
Not worryed if it goes wrong push it over and claim in the house insurance easy...... I've worked my way up to 83 inch now
It takes it off the actual price of the item, so add to very account then wait till the 20% comes of the price then pay it off, handy you can pay over 12 month's aswell
Yeah I agree BUT 65inch oled lg for under 1k you said or I'm going to buy the Samsung that must be at least double the price of the c1 and defo not worth that, maybe in a year time when prices come down (edited)
Are all these models the same features, quality, when choosing a smaller size? Is it just a size difference or do they vary per model. I actually would like smaller lol. (edited)
Definately not an issue, we are even less distance at the mo in our snug you’ll love it
Just bought this from very, cheers mate. Quality price.
Question, anyone have this mounted on the wall and can recommend a good bracket?
RS Warranty is kinda rubbish tbh:
Current value will be calculated taking into consideration the age, usage, condition and packaging of the product. If the item is in perfect condition with all packaging as new, having had reasonable use we suggest the value as follows:
*Usage scale:
During year One – full value
During year 2 – Original retail less 20%
During year 3 – Original retail less 30%
During year 4 – Original retail less 40%
During year 5 – Original retail less 50%
During year 6 - Original retail less 60%
I'd always go with John Lewis or Costco instead.
The guys their have a wealth of knowledge, though ld suggest add your source viewing habits ( Netflix , movies , sports, etc ) & your viewing angles / distance …
I obviously want the bigger TV and given there as the same specs is the additional 10" worth the extra £450.
What's anyone's opinions to help me make decision.
hotukdeals.com/com…063
I bought this one currys.co.uk/pro…tml
same price in richer sounds and amazon as well
you can get similar ones for £20 but I went with Sanus (which has good reputation) considering the price of the TV !
how would I get these vouchers ?
the C1 can sustain full-field brightness of 125 nits
the CX can sustain full-field brightness of 147 nits
the C9 can sustain full-field brightness of 138 nits
the C8 can sustain full-field brightness of 151 nits
the C7 can sustain full-field brightness of 137 nits
the C6 can sustain full-field brightness of 126 nits
the B9 can sustain full field brightness of 135 nits
the B8 can sustain full field brightness of 153 nits
did LG intentionally gimp the TVs last year to make the C2 look much better or are they overly concerned about burn in
If only the 77 inch wasn't double the price.....
CXs last year were still being manufactured in October. I wouldn't worry about stock. Apart from the big ones 65 and above
Through work
? What does this means.
Jobs have voucher schemes that offer discounts at different retailers
Perksatwork doesn't show this
Probably cause anyone can sign up for that.
The ones your employer uses are not free so have more perks like free Nero each week and discount vouchers in shops and supermarkets.
can you give me a name please, I also own a company, my company can sign up for those employee benefits and I am also employee at the same time I can benefit from these, thanks
We have Perkbox.
