Just spotted TCB are offering 100% Cashback when purchasing a VPN subscription from PIA (Private Internet Access) through Top Cash Back.

2 year (+ 2 months free) plan coming up as £43.94 for me.

A couple of days ago they posted news about the results of a Deloitte privacy audit: privateinternetaccess.com/blo…it/

    ***spoiler: still no logs ***

Was about to post the same information. I’ve used them for the past 7 years or so, not had any major issues that couldn’t be resolved after contacting Tech Support.

Certainly can’t grumble about a free 2-year plan!

Did it a few days ago when someone else posted, it tracked pretty quickly for me. Used PIA years ago and it was good then, impressed so far but not sure how it compares with Nord, expressvpn etc.

i got this. i think it still cost £1 cause cost was £43.94 and cashback which i have now gotten is £42.59. so total cost was £1.35. for 2 years of VPN even if its not amazing its still a bargain. Feature wise i think its a little lacking. lots of its servers seem to be virtual not physical but this could be due to local laws e.g. India isn't a physical server. I believe its a virtual one.

Will it make any difference if virtual or physical just out of curiosity

How does PIA compare to VPN Unlimited/Keep Solid?
  6. arvy1's avatar
I have heard a bit about PIA when people on here have mentioned It but I am unsure on what servers it has and what it unblocks. I currently have Nord until next June which I got via 80% cashback Quidco or TCB which paid out and I have keepsolid VPN too. Both work with mixed results on SSport+ , Setanta sports ,Vidio and peacock USA etc . Any ideas how PIA fairs nowadays???

I use it just for my downloads, can't fault it. Put 900gb+ a month through them.

Not heard of PIA before...feedback from those who use it, would be very handy

Owned by Kape (also owner of ExpressVPN, CyberGhost and ZenMate), registered in the US (Denver), so 14 eyes. PIA was subpoenaed by the FBI in 2016 and 2018 but couldn't provide data as no logs kept according to them.
As the classic goes, "not terrible, not great". (edited)
