Well having ordered the S21 Ultra from 4 Gadgets late Thursday night, ot arrived today (4/3/23).

Phone packaged well. Comes with sim tool & Samsung charge cable. There was some charge in the battery.

Overall the phone looks good. I opted for 'pristine' condition and the phone looks very good. No blemishes or scratches to screen, sides back or the front. I can't see any scratches around the USB socket. There isn't any discolouration to the screen, buttons all work well and the phone operatorates as it should.

Battery wise, seems to be good but not had it long enough to test out.

    Update:
No network branding other than being asked if I want to download a Vodafone app when setting up the device.

    Photos attached.

I'm still too confused by phones to know if I should change my Note 9 for one of these... I like a memory card option but know the camera at least could be better 🤷‍♀️
    bobdylan's avatar
The S20 was the last one to offer the memory card slot

Awesome company, I bought the s21 ultra from these last march when there was a discount code on here (£570) I think, recently had a fault so returned it for repair as it was under the years guarantee, the replaced the device but I wasn't happy with the condition of the replacement so I returned that back and they refunded me the original amount. So I put in an extra £40 and bought the s22 ultra from another seller last month
    IBobMyHead's avatar
So cool. Hopefully you can do that again this year and get perpetual upgrades for £40 every year innit? 👊🏻

Good experience with 4gadgets, they replaced a device by return of postage that had developed a fault 8 months after purchase. Happy.

Keep looking at these 'upgrades' from my Note 10+ but I just don't see any real benefits? In fact from the S21 onwards you lose the Micro SD card slot so they are all downgrades IMO?

Will stick with my Note for now... (edited)

I've changed from the note 10+ 5g to the s21 ultra this week. Upgrades so far I have noticed are the vastly improved camera, brighter screen, and better battery life. My note 10+ battery was down to about 70% of its original capacity. Delighted with the performance and functionality of the S21 ultra. It is certainly an upgrade on the note 10+. (Obviously lacks the inbuilt Spen)

Samsung are giving £420 trade in plus further £150 bonus for s21 ultra trade in for s23 ATM. So if you thinking of buying s23 it might be worth buying this just to trade in (check my figures on Samsung 1st obviously)

So £324.99 here, £550 for trade, making £225, nice spot

Does anyone have experience of what 'Fair' condition is like? I am considering upgrading my Poco F3 to S21 Ultra in Fair.
It comes to approximately 350 quid in 256gb and Fair condition. I am just worried that it will come quite trashed?

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 512GB in "pristine condition" and unfortunately the phone arrived with scratches and a dent on the side and a scratch on the screen. The condition of this phone clearly does not match their grades guide, so I requested an exchange and they have decided to process a full refund. Even though they have multiple devices left in stock. Their excuse was that all of their "pristine condition" devices are similar in condition. Disappointing and poor customer service from 4gadgets
    chris3912's avatar
Wow that's really bad! Did you send them photos of the phone? Weird they wouldn't send you another one? Are you going to order again?

If it were me i'd want the ultra, but it's big, the s21 is for smaller hands, longer updates on the s21 as well (edited)

Does anyone know if the S21 Ultra has a dual sim slot?

    Yes

Was tempted by this offer but as my Samsung phone and my wife's both have screen burn leaving them unsaleable decided not to "upgrade".
    plewis00's avatar
Sell privately, some people just don’t care about minor screen burn as long as the rest of the phone works fine. It’s quite hard to cause burn unless you have some strange screen timeouts set or always have it at retina-burning brightness on modern phones.

Is this 15% off or £15 off? The code is giving me £15 off?

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 512GB in pristine condition and unfortunately the phone arrived with some dents/chips. Not exactly what I expected
    Jonwillis's avatar
They said to me they don't ship dented devices, when I got a s7 tab dented (likely by courier) they just replaced it no questions asked.

how is you experience with 4gadgets guys?
    mikegrath's avatar
I got a iPhone 11 Pro Max 128gb from them a couple of years ago, after 3-4 months the phone was blocked, 4Gadgets customer service was excellent and they sent me a 256gb at no extra cost.

I got excited for a second and saw Ultra 23 damn you @MrSwitch ... Nearly got me.

Many thanks Mr Switch for this deal, wish I hadn't opened the app now, I've ended up taking up this offer!

Been waiting for a good deal on a secondhand/refurbished Galaxy S21 Ultra 256GB for a while. My Galaxy S10 has served me very well (which was also refurbished) but is starting to glitch now & USB issues & battery drain.

For the moment, this seems the best so far. Looks like the feedback here & their store on fleabay seems pretty good.

    Will report back my experience.

Want to take the plunge but always worry about the battery state of health on these used devices.

Bought the S20 Ultra on Fair, supposed to show scratches and signs of wear but, to my untrained eye, looks completely brand new.

Hope my S22 Ultra is the same

    Cracking deal @MrSwitch

So tempting I haven't had a recent Samsung Galaxy since the Galaxy 6 If only I didn't have a new blooming pixel 7 pro (edited)
  22. plewis00's avatar
I guess S22 Ultra is the highlight here especially as they have all the colours and larger GB (256 or 512 for me). All of these phones are amazing value and the seller is one of the best - what a great find if you are in the market for a replacement device!

Anyone bought S21 ultra "good" version from here? Is the screen decent?
  27. chris3912's avatar
Just bought S21 Ultra 256GB good condition and it arrived on Friday. Condition of screen is perfect and just a few scuffs and chips on back. I've added a skin and case and it looks brand new 👌
    RandomGuy619's avatar
How's the battery life feeling like on yours?
  28. RandomGuy619's avatar
Bought the S21 Ultra 256GB good condition last week, aside from very small marks around the back, the phone is in excellent condition. However, coming from an S10+ with dying battery, the batter upgrade doesn't seem like the best. Using AccuBattery (I know not 100% accurate), getting an estimated capacity of around 3900mAh out of the 5000mah (advertised). Contemplating returning it as I wanted to keep it for 2 years but it seems like it'll be worse off than my S10+ battery in 2 years. Anyone else getting similar battery feedback from ordering an S21 Ultra from this deal?
    chris3912's avatar
Mine is 4114mAh using Accubattery. Design capacity advertised as 4855mAh. Battery health at 85%. No issues with battery life personally. (edited)
