I think a nice price for bigger storage and brand new from Samsung Ebay store.

Features & details
  • It’s our brightest innovation yet. The sensor pulls in more light, the Super Clear Glass dials downs lens flare, and fast-acting AI delivers near-instant intelligent processing.
  • The OIS correction angle has been improved by 58% and works with faster motion sampling to stabilise your shots. Meanwhile super HDR adjusts the colour frame-by-frame to keep every frame looking gorgeous.
  • Sunlight, meet Galaxy S22’s bright display. The Stunning Dynamic AMOLED 2x display is crafted specifically for high outdoor visibility, keeping the view clear in bright daylight.
  • Bring the crew together with Google Duo. There, you can watch movies together, streaming high-quality video just like IRL.
  • Our fastest, most powerful chip ever. That means, a faster CPU and GPU compared to Galaxy S21 Ultra. It’s an epic leap for smartphone technology.
  • Fast Charge that outlasts the day. The battery intelligently adapts to how you use your phone, so it lasts beyond 24 hours.

I had one briefly. Beautiful phone, great camera, nice speakers, gorgeous screen but unless you're a light user you won't get through the day with that battery. All those great specs but you're constantly watching the battery level which kind of spoils the experience.

Yeah I had the S21, upgraded to S22. My battery life sucks compared to the S21. Looking to upgrade to S23 when I find a really good deal.

Having owned one briefly, you really need two. One for the morning & one for the afternoon!

Battery is the set back here. Barely lasts a day. Unless you carry a charging cable please avoid.

Absolutely terrible Customer Service, avoid. I need to find a legal advisor to deal with them.

Blimey you've got me terrified. In the last 6 months I've bought 2x s20 fe, tab s8+, watch Pro 5, washer and fridge all from the Samsung website, I hope none of them break!!!!

Honor magic 5 pro is awesome... Much better than Samsung s22 and s22 ultra imo. Battery amazing, performance amazing plus 512gb storage is incredible.

I've gone through so many phones recently from my old mate 20p. X3 neo, pixel 6a, pixel 7, Sony Xperia 1iv and latest being a s23 ultra (my last galaxy was an s7...) Ok so not the s22, there's been some improvements on the s23.

I got the magic 5p last Friday (with the promotional wireless charger, case and earbuds with it) and sent it back Tuesday. My biggest gripe was the few gremlins in the software, particularly with nova launcher and gestures. It would take 2-3 swipes up before it would recognise recent apps. Tried changing a fair few settings but really started to frustrate me.

Others were around camera, I had the opportunity to take side by side photos between the two (probably about 250shots on each in various scenarios) and there wasn't much in it, but zoom and lower light shots Samsung took it. Also the background effects for filters on the camera much better options on the s23u. Also worth noting the video recording, audio quality and visuals on the s23u was better, particularly stabilisation.

I appreciate the two devices are at different price points, I got a sealed s23u for £775 on fbay, the magic 5p was £859.. so for me the s23u was cheaper.

I always said I wouldn't go over a phone 74mm in width but after about a month with the s23u I'm sticking to it for my main device for some time now I've got used to it. The additional features baked with in the regular software updates are also really handy. Don't use spen and awful lot but nice to have and not need, than need and not have. Battery life has been stellar too even with my honor fitness watched synched via Bluetooth 24/7 with the Huawei app. (edited)

We use these for work I personally think the battery sucks I nearly always have to change mine when I go back to the base for my lunch break

Almost bought one of these as the battery on my pixel 4a is shockingly bad. This sounds about just as bad. 😬. Thanks, saved me be annoyed at spending 500quid on phone that has poor battery life. What do you have as your personal phone? Decent battery?

Voted hot, OK price. But I'm not happy with the battery on my S21 and this seems even worse in terms of battery. Next year I will upgrade. Hopefully Samsung will do something with the battery, otherwise I will follow Pixel route. Or other brand.

Go for s23 if want better battery. I've upgraded from s20 plus to s23 plus and the battery lasts much longer, very happy.

Time to upgrade my S9, and quite fancy one of these. Does anyone have anything negative to say about the Samsung Ebay store, or can anyone confirm it is legitimately Samsung? Only seems to have been around for a year, and while 100% positive, the feedback is fairly generic and doesn't seem to match the stock they are saying they're selling in 24hrs. It's still way cheaper than the Samsung UK website, even with a trade in.

I got the s22 last year June 128gb for £415 after their 20% off summer sale and guaranteed £200 trade in from the samsung website, so this deal isn't really worth it imo

I had the same offer, used the phone for 8 months and sold it to Musicmagpie last month for £320.

The phone is good, but battery is shockingly bad, was charging it twice a day.

Ultra has decent battery life. The regular S22 and s23 on the other hand don't!

Need to upgrade my s20 plus to s23 ultra..but prices are putting me off..I also hate the curved edges, try keeping a screen protector on and makes the fingerprint unlocking useless..a stupid place to hsve the fingerprint sensor best if it was at the back

My S10+ keeps strong but with this kind of deals one of these days I will be all in...

I got the S20 FE for £130 off HUKD last year so now everything looks expensive. Phone is great but the battery now struggles to get through the day ..May be Android 13 to be fair.

Got a link? When I browse the S22 on their site, always says 'not available for sale' when I look to buy one and choose various options/colours.
  22. GreatBallsofFire's avatar
They won't ship to Northern Ireland by the looks of things.

I have a 2 yr old A51 and see no reason to change it.
Seems a lot of people are keeping hold of phones as there's no big change to justify the cost of swapping
