    If you've heard Peter Weller in this, he sounds tired man. The gameplay clip they released sounded so half arsed. I have faith it'll be a treat for the fans like Terminator was. But if you're not a fan, it's rough

    I'm definitely picking this up as I really enjoyed their Terminator game, and I love Robocop, but £30 is probably my biting point.

    I'm in when i get around to it at a discounted price ... if its half decent the memory lane take on some fav Robocop classic films will be worth the ride. So happy its not based on the newer crap Robocop films, did they release a sequel (who gave a dam to watch it after the first disgrace)

    I watched Robocop far too young and the toxic waste guy traumatised me for years. Gotta love just how heavily Robocop (and other ultra violent movies) were marketed at children. The late 80s and early 90s were wild.

    Great movie though. Not sure the game is keeping the satire, which is what made the film so iconic.

    Me too! I watched it with my auntie and uncle as an 8 year old with my sister. Lots of things stuck with me but Murphy getting shot to bits was very traumatic, also my sister had a nightmare soon after that Robocop was going to get me whilst I was on the bog.!
    Those times were wild though, used to love my hyper-violent films as a nipper, even at 10 years olf my mum would get me anything I asked for from the video rental store.

    Also Robocop 2 was just as terrifying

    He probably can't. He was recently in a Cabinet of Curiosities episode on Netflix and you could tell he was phoning it in AF. The only reason an actor might return usually return to the screen after being away for so long is to top up the pension pot.

    i love robocop then and now and i still have the Ocean game tunes playing in my head lol, but after seeing these trailers on this new game im not convinced at all. and think it might be awful and ruin its status like so many reboots and remakes out there in moves and games.

    though if its awesome then thats great but im going to pass on pre order

    An amazing movie. Shocking how everything that followed after it was apoorling, including movies the TV series and even the game.
    Saying that mind the 2d scrolling game in the arcade shop was cool back then more for the fun of your mates watching you play as "Robocop"

    If the makers wer being true to themselves, this would have £19.95 written all over it - and at that price, people would be a lot more forgiving.....And, Id bite at that price.

    But, as others have mentioned above, I too bit with the Terminator game as I was a fan, so what do I know, lol.

    This dev's Terminator game was a pleasant surprise, and at a budget price I'd recommend it. This looks to be the same deal and while I like to support smaller studios putting out games like this, £40+ seems a bit much.

    The latest trailer for this looks like hot garbage, which is a real shame.. I REALLY want to like it too.
    They've nailed the vibe, Robo's walking 'thump' and servo noises etc, but I can't help but feel this'll be a massive let down. I'll bite at the inevitable £20 price point.

    Why couldn't they have used voice AI based on peter wellers original voice?, his old unenthusiastic voice doesn't cut it.
