Thanks, was on the fence about trying one but for £9 why not. Cheers for the heads up!

Echoing the above, these are excellent. Even fairly basic rechargeable AAA batteries work for months at a time. I'm replacing all my Lightwave thermostats (which eat through Energizer lithium batteries) with these, and setting up thermostats in Home Assistant which use these as sensors to decide when to turn on the heating/air con switches for each zone, and also turn on the dehumidifier when humidity is too high.

Sounds interesting. When you say Home Assistant do you mean Google?

    Thanks in advance.

Use a few of these around the house linked to Home Assistant.

The double pack is £22.09 which works out slightly cheaper if you need more than one:

Or there is a ThermoPro model for £9.99 which is also Bluetooth, albeit with a more limited display, but I haven’t personally tried that one although I’m pretty sure there is a suitable plug-in for HA:

    amazon.co.uk/The…L1/

That model also has two pack for £18.99 and a three pack for £26.34

Looks like HA does support some of the ThermoPro units, including the TP357:

I have three of these, they seem to work well. I changed a few simple things in our flat, such as squeegeeing the shower into the drain and making sure the window is open when boiling things (not just fan running) and you can see what a difference it makes. Hardly get condensation on windows anymore and no mould.

These are for indoor temperature and humidity, no apps do that

Get some Xiaomi sensors, then you can monitor away from home whilst working.

I paid the £13.99 in Oct and it a good little unit with clear display.
I have it linked to Home assistant via bluetooth

Do I get another or carry on with the Sonoff zigbee sensors

Thanks op. Another added to my existing collection
These are very good units, with the ability to create temperature offsets - so they all read the same temperature at the same time, in the same location.
    Would recommend these

Can you put multiple thermostats on the same app?

Yes I have 1 at my mum's and 1 at mine u just name them what u like, obviously they have to be in Bluetooth range to pull up the data.

Lasted for a while in the greenhouse before it died. Not indoor enough apparently.

These work great, easy to set up alerts and the app and device are easy to use.

I have one of these, works ok but a few gripes:

The 3 level comfort levels are erratic and show up randomly then dissapear.
Bluetooth connection can be problematic with a connection, although has got better after the recent firmware.

Other than that, it's been fine.

I have five of these are they great I and use one in greenhouse too

Can I get one of these that connects to my network so I can via temperatures remotely?
    graham321's avatar
You'd need a wifi one, but that eats battery a lot faster, I've found. I had a Ubibot WS1 which did the trick but doesn't have a display - it has battery or usb power though.

Can I hook it up to Alexa or Google assistant?
