sorted byBought two pairs of trainers from them, both faulty. Customer service is terrible. Left an honest Feefo review of my experience, they responded with passive aggressive lies.
Apparently they couldn’t find the fault with the first pair of trainers I sent back, despite there being an obvious ridge in the sole.
3.99 to return a pair of shoes that didn't fit me...
they might be cheap but the customer care isn't their priority.
I too left a bit of a snotty review on trust pilot and they didn't like it..
