Using mine right now and been really happy with it.

4K is such a huge productivity upgrade over crappy 1080p 24" panels.

Great monitor. 4K on this is fantastic. Being really fussy though the legs stick out quite a lot on my small desk. Wondering if I can change the stand or wall mount it.

Seems as though its a 100 x 100 VESA mount compatible, so you could either mount it to a wall, or to a arm that you can clamp to your desk.

A great price, but 4k @ 32" is an odd resolution, I found it unpleasant to use and sent it back, instead going for a 27" 4k. The problem is that at 1:1 everything is too small, but at 2:1 everything is too large, so a fractional scaling needs to be applied. IMHO the 4k resolution is too low for 32" to make any significant improvement over 1440p with the downside that your OS has to scale everything.

In an ideal world 4k would be a 24" screen for an exact 2:1 scale and 5K for 27". Really a 32" should be at least 6K. A lot of people won't notice, but once you are used to using a screen with 2x resolution like my laptop has, switching to a large screen that has something along the lines of 1:1.42 resolution, it looks terrible.

I have recently bought this 27 inch one (from Facebook Market place for £160). Now while it's great I am finding the contrast to be a bit off with text being a bit granny. I tried to adjust the contrast but it's not letting me change that. Would you have any idea why and how I could improve the image quality? I mainly only use it for writing, excel and watching YouTube

Just out of interest, whats the big difference between this and a high quality 32" TV

Probably best to suggest which TV you are comparing it with. It is surprisingly hard to even find a decent 4K 32" TV.

I guess that depends if you want 4K or 1440p.

I think I got a lower spec 27" one of these 2 years ago. Was also 4K and IPS and the design and stuff looks identical, same stand and port layout and colours, etc. But it ended up being quite disappointing imo, mainly because of how dim it is. The specs on this one says 350nits brightness compared to mine at 300nits but I don't belive mine actually achieves 300 nits at all, more like 250 maybe. Luckily it was a veryyyy good price at the time so I didn't mind too much but yeah I still use it and sometimes check to make sure it's actually on full brightness because I just can't believe it sometimes lol. Was super tempted to get the monitor posted here until I saw it was from the same line, not risking it without seeing it.

A 1440p much brighter screen is better than a 4k screen with average brightness imo. A high res rubbish image is still a rubbish image. But a nice bright normal HD screen will look so much nicer. I used a 500nit laptop recently and it's soo nice to watch stuff on with the brightness on high.

Bought one of these. It had a line of dead pixels and Costco couldn't replace it.

Why they couldn't replace I wonder? Been reading about quality control on these units.

Largely after browsing TV stock for a few weeks it seems like when Costco have a deal in a particular unit there's usually Something which makes it cheap - it might be the only size screen in a range that doesn't have vrr but is advertised as having it, it might be something to do with quality, it might be a 120hz Sony which that year had notorious processor issues with mean 120hz would only show 1080p etc.

Starting to wonder if Costco is like this.

I bought one a few months back and it had an issue with uneven and excessive light bleed. Not uncommon with this model

I had the 27 version of this and mine had really bad IPS bleed. I sent it back and never looked back. I might have been really unlucky.

Hopefully will receive a good panel without all the light bleed issues.
Looks like a pretty solid deal if one is looking for a office/productivity monitor.

I always read because of PPI

    1080p - 24 screen
    1440p - 27
    4K - 32

So I am surprised to read here that 4K 32” isn’t amazing shape because of the PPI.

Can anyone tell me what the supported resolutions are on a 2019 MacBook Pro 16 running Ventura? I wan to buy a bigger monitor but then decrease the resolution so I read smaller text better. I can't find anything other than the maximum resolution. Would the text look bad/fuzzy on the lower resolutions? I'm a programmer and will be staring at this text all day (and possibly night :-) ) !

Do you have a Mac Mini attached to your monitor, if so, does it work well?
    Any issues?
