sorted byThe only annoying thing is that it's a japanese model so you can't disable the camera shutter sound in the default google camera app. You can disable it in the modded camera apps like camera 8.3 and camera PX
battery life is what you would expect from a 2+ year old pixel - pretty poor. Mine came with 500 battery cycles.
Still good value for money
There are some benefits to the smaller battery as well, in that it's lighter and a more comfortable sized phone which, for me, are important factors. (edited)
