    Nice and comfy but offer almost zero breathability sadly which is a pain. OK for sitting around but I wouldn't advise if you want to do any walking about or exercise!

    I think it depends what you wanted them for. I wanted some 'smart' sport trainers for walking to work, but I wanted them waterproof and cheap. So I purchases a pair of plastic, no holes trainers. I know there is no breathability, but if price and rainproof is important, there are not many choices. I know I can buy a waterproof spray, but I don't think it will make a huge difference if the shoes are made of breathable material.

    My Asics trainers were plastic and £15. They were waterproof, exactly what I needed. They lasted me 3 years, I can't complain.
