Price dropped on the 500 and 1GIG offers, 30 day contract if available in your area, absolute bargains, again not available for me sadly, selected areas

  • Fibre broadband to the green cabinet, situated on the street outside, or near your home. Old Copper cables from this cabinet then deliver internet to you at a much slower speed, impeding your service.
  • We don't use street cabinets; we bring full fibre broadband direct from the exchange into your home. Giving you an always on, speed of light service that you can rely on.

Ridiculously fast speeds
We're not your average broadband providers, we offer ultrafast speeds of up to 1Gbps as standard.

Full fibre connectivity
There’s no stopping at the street cabinet for us, we bring full fibre optic cabling right to your property.

Affordable packages
We offer a range of speed and price options to suit any home or budget.

Flexible contract terms
4th Utility offers 30-day rolling contracts, giving you control over what broadband service you need, and when.

Hassle free installation
We’ve been upgrading connectivity up and down the country so we’re absolute experts at what we do.

Symmetrical speeds
We provide a connection with equal download/upload speeds which means no bottlenecks or buffering.

I'm wondering what happens when our 18 month VM contract ends in December.

We are selling up and moving to another country 6 months later, so can't renew for an extra 18 months with VM on a new deal.

Who else offers short BB contracts these days?

4th Utility are not available where I live. Might be using Zen if there are no other options.

You might be ok. But when I moved house in the UK and virgin wasn't available at my new property, they made me pay an exit fee in the region of 300 even though I had been with them for years and had renewed several times. I swore I would never use them again

Nice. Funny how a small company can offer a 30 day contract but the big boys all want 18 months or 2 years isn’t it.

cause they want to build a base of customers at a loss then hope a big boy buys them out

30 day rolling contract is a boon, just in case. 🔥

Some of these full fibre providers are well dodgy. Hyperoptic was advertised as 10gb to the property which is then shared. Found out yesterday there are 3 x 1gb connections between 250 apartments which is then subject to further rate limiting. 1gb service my arse!

Great company to deal with, my speeds are as advertised and had zero downtime so far so good

YAy! New broadband offer.....oh, wait, why does it suggest connecting me to another address when I search my ow postcode in the checker?!?
They've barely any coverage and I'll have to move to specific apartment blocks to be a customer?
Looks like I'm still in a Virgin Monopoly area (for anything more than 25Mb down, at least)
Bit weird to see this offer here and then find out their such a limited offering service. Maybe marketing and operations should communicate better. Direct marketing to those apartment blocks would have a far better success rate than the HUKD carpet bombing strat. (edited)

There are loads of these offers on this site for broadband providers who don't cover all areas, some benefit, some don't, on most of them i do not, but i still post for the people who can benefit and save on their broadband, this is what hotukdeals is all about

Just don’t sign up to the new contract. They wont cut you off.

    This is a great deal. And @Zardos you’re right… how come they can’t ?

Perhaps because they run their businesses inefficiently and the consumer sadly forks out for this inefficiency.

After seeing this, it is something I’m interested in taking up. Even with an early exit charge

Yay for rolling contract at a decent price.

But given how much people complain about Community Fibre's coverage... Wait 'til you see theirs!
