Been watching this for a week or two. Not keen on the contract price rise in April. Was hoping they'd drop the rise on 1st March. Will have to wait another month and see what happens.

Can anyone confirm 100% that tcb terms are still valid alongside the +£75 trade in deal? The tcb site says it is only valid when not used in conjunction with any other redemption deal. The lovely south African call centre folks had no idea what I was talking about (the first one immediately hung up as soon as mentioned the word 'Top Cash Back')...

Trade in package arrived within 14 days, however I sent mine back (delivered on the 14th March) and have heard nothing. Not even a confirmation. Seems to have disappeared into a black hole :/

It did take a while for my confirmation email to come through. I think it was about 2.5 weeks total. I regretted not paying for tracked postage! But it was all ok in the end. Hope you get yours through soon.
