    Not for the money.
Anything higher would be £500 plus, unless you can provide a link to prove different.

Great specs for the price but such a shame that programs such as chrome require at least 16gb to run smoothly (edited)

Got the other half the Latitude version with this chip a year or so ago. It's a good machine.
This seems like a good deal for the same processor in the Inspiron series

Would this be any good for music design does anyone know? I'm sensing it's a good deal and I read that it's upgradable to 16gb but I've no idea how I'd go about that as I'm not as savvy as other posters I'm afraid and the jump up to £899 on Amazon is too steep for me. (edited)

I recommend buying on CEX, considerably cheaper and 2 year warranty

It's fine, but I still don't know what you are specifically looking for. The IdeaPad Slims were decent too.

This is pretty good for the money - 11th gen i5 is more than acceptable for most, but 12th/13th much faster, build quality will be average as it's an Inspiron 3000 series, display is high refresh rate but lower gamut and brightness.
