Same here! I contacted Quidco to query why this has happened and they still have not responded. Not impressed and I wont be taking up this offer as don't trust Quidco anymore.... sadly!

19 May quidco £20 booking.com bonus, original purchase tracked and paid, £20 bonus rejected, and quidco system doesn't allow raise case against bonus, chatted on webpage 1month ago chased multiple times, no response. Never going to trust quidco again

Wait, they don't allow a bonus to be claimed via Customer Support? Are you sure? So even if my purchase that failed to track is validated, I won't get the bonus anyway...

    These guys don't pay

I can't even remember the last time I had a Quidco cashback declined.
Must be 3 or 4 years ago when I chanced my luck with an unapproved voucher code.
I've had hundreds of successful purchases and cashbacks since then.
You're doing something wrong if they don't pay you.

    These jokers never pay out.

    Gonna allow this.

    Kindest regards.

Depends which retailer you choose. Bonus will pay when the retailer pays

Quidco is so unreliable in my experience that I no longer use it. Topcashback is far better

They won't pay out. Just a warning. Stopped using them ages ago tbh

I never really understand these comments. I've been using them and TC for the past 7 years and they work exactly the same, majority tracks and pays out and if not customer service helps really well. There's odd 5% that even after contacting customer service gets me no where - but it applies to both cashback providers - but that's the risk I'm willing to take.

If it doesn't work for you - do what others suggested, have a web browser just for cashbacks, without ad blocks, so the final purchase is made there. Works 19/20 times.

I joined a few of these previous bonus deals but they gave me 4-5 months estimated pay out time for Dunelm and Superdrug. (edited)

As quick as that .. 6 months+ for Currys!

    Kindest regards

I have had multiple claims denied by quidco. They used to be good when I first joined years ago but now they aren't worth the risk. I tend to use tcb now even if they have a lower cashback amount, the chances are you will get something rather than nothing.

I've successfully activated the offer but the Quidco app keeps looping back to the app and is not transferring to the retailers website, anyone else had the same problem?

When their bonuses take so long to pay out, or don’t pay out. It’s not an appealing deal.
    blahblahblah1234's avatar
Bonuses are tied to the retailer you made your purchase with.
The bonus will pay when the retailer pays.
All makes perfect sense, it's the same with TCB.

After waiting the 6 months without any cashback I contacted support. They contacted the supplier and this was response
I always clear cookies and have no adblockers running when using any cashback site, cashback was for £29.
Not the first time this has happened either.

    Hi,

We are writing to you about your cashback claim.

On this occasion, the retailer has declined your cashback claim advising us that the order number you have provided on the claim form doesn't match an order purchased using Quidco. This could mean that the order details submitted on the claim form weren't correct or that Quidco has not been recognised as the referrer for this purchase, and so the commission has not been paid to Quidco, which means we can't pass it on to you as cashback.

This could happen if you used a search engine, comparison site or voucher code site or if you had multiple browser tabs open when purchasing.

This is the only information provided to us from the retailer and I’m sorry we cannot provide any further or more specific details around their decision.

We understand this is disappointing and want to assure you that our team has done everything possible to attempt to obtain your cashback. As this is the retailer's final decision we are unable to dispute this any further with them. (edited)

They've been at it for decades. Topcashback best for big purchases. (edited)

There’s usually a Quidco rep on this site.. interested to hear their view. Agree with most though, TopCashback is much better and more reliable on payout
    greatnameuk's avatar
yes the quidco rep is very quiet lately too, they used to be good, but maybe they are going to the dogs? (edited)

Massive con. Keep declining genuine transactions. Unreliable and rarely pay out anymore. Perhaps as many others have said, they are in trouble? ….
