I've used NordVPN on my FireTV stick for 3 years but won't be renewing when it expires. Ever since Christmas it's hopelessly ineffective. Nord support acknowledge there's a problem but refuse to give any details or an estimate of if or when they'll fix the problem. I said this wasn't acceptable and asked them to escalate it and/or compensate me for loss of service. They basically said tough luck and referred me to their terms and conditions. This used to be a good product with good support but has gone down hill recently, plus they are continually hassling you to buy other Nord products or refer friends. I won't be doing either.

I've been using Nord on FireTV for several years without issues. What kind of problems are you having?

They are always sponsoring on youtube and advertising but there are a lot cheaper alternatives, I use Bitdefender, I got the premium for use on 10 devices for £14.99 for the year, without much research I see it still for sale on ebay for £19.99 with unlimited super fast access, you can share the device allowance around so very cheap for a year if people you know chip in. ebay.co.uk/itm…9Yw

topcashback 90% atm so cheaper if its your first purchase or you use new credentials. you won't be able to use this offer and tcb - personally I'd save the vouchers for something else and do topcashback - be cheaper - especially if you have access to a vpn already and can sign up through Jersey.

How is it 90% topcashback. I can only see 76.5%

Just a warning for anyone wanting to use Nord on a Chromebook - don't it's a real pain! It works as a browser extension & is very temperamental.

I'm a fan of Nord, it's perfect for using overseas to access Sky & iPlayer etc but terrible on a Chromebook.

I now use the free version of Winscribe on my Chromebook (10Gb usage limit per month) & Nord on my other devices.

India has strict laws against "no log" VPNs and VPNs in general. The Indian government only allow VPNs that log traffic that the Indian government can access for at least 5 years. So the answer to "any vpn good for India server?" is no. If you're in India you could use try and use Mullvad or similar privacy focused VPN to access geoblocked content. I have no experience of this though as I've never been to India.
