    Shame it's a VA panel.

Pretty mute point. If you want an IPS version of this, you'll be paying significantly more. You can get a IPS monitor for £200 but it's unlikely to be of a similar quality to even this monitor.

Like saying "shame it's not a iPhone" when someone links a deal to a £100 Huawei phone

Does this support multiple laptop outputs? Connecting to work laptop and home laptop simultaneously side by side view? Without installing anything on my work laptop. (edited)

34WR50QC allows you to see multiple contents from two computers with the picture-by-picture feature, so it helps to process work efficiently.

*The images simulated to enhance feature understanding. It may differ from actual use.

**It can be connected via the HDMI cable and DisplayPort cable. Both cables are included in the package.

Looks like only tilt adjust on this model

The 34WP65-B has height adjust but it's also 160hz and much more expensive.

Last LG monitor I got was when I was at uni about 14 years ago and still works today somehow

So, built to last like it should be then.

    VA smearing
If you can tolerate it, this is an excellent price

Have a VA 32" and have no issues - I use it for work not for gaming

Great deal! Was going to buy a higher spec model to replace a 2.5 year old fancy Samsung ultrawide that went pop last week. Name brand and decent specs at this price makes it a bargain so just went for this. Hot!

Ha, bought a Sammy 34" a few months back for £230 so that's a bit annoying, lol, was pleased at the time though so shouldn't grumble.. I love having the two "proper" sized windows on the one screen, great for work, which was the idea. No idea what difference is between VA and IPS but 34 inches of spreadsheets and browsers all looks magnificent Problem is whatever you have is never enough, the laptop which runs everything sits at the side with spotify and whatsapp on the screen but looks so tiny now I am thinking of adding in another screen, lol.

Mine arrived already, impressive, 24 hours after ordering! Just set it up and have to say it's better than my £600 Samsung I've had the past 2.5 years. Very accurate colour and far less backlight bleed than the Samsung had. If it comes up again, this one is highly recommended.

Nice price, will be fine for productivity

Wow - good deal! I bought a dell one a few months back for £288 and thought that was a great price

Trying to decide if I’m better off keeping my dual screen 24 inch setup. After screen I get more screen estate with my current setup, think I’ll stick with it. displaywars.com/24-…1x9

Although that 49 inch monitor looks better…

Are your two screens 2k or FHD?
I have had a comparison I real life, I have two FHD displays at work and my colleague uses single UWQHD like this one and I very much prefer the latter setup.

    Doesn't have HDMI 2.1 and also not 4K. So if you have a ps5 I wouldn't
    Rhakio's avatar
To be fair there's more games that work only in 30fps on PS5 and only few that have more than 60 to use that 2.1

This looks like a scorching deal for productivity.

Very nice for productivity (while watching films/TV on one of the the screen, which it is also good for ). (edited)

As a happy VA owner of 3 years now (and a gamer), I'll take improved contrast/black levels with a little smearing over IPS glow and grey blacks any day of the week.
    The.Fat.Cat's avatar
Says someone that has probably never owned an IPS monitor.
No IPS glow on either of my IPS screens and it's not like VA panels don't have backlight bleed.

It also depends what VA monitor you have. Easy to say something like that when you have a monitor with a high end Samsung VA panel in it and motion handling isn't THAT bad.
Cheaper VA panels are atrocious for motion handling (Samsung G5 and below are a good example of that).

I do have a VA monitor mounted next to my bed for watching TV/films at night so I can at least appreciate the better contrast, but I still wouldn't use one for gaming. (edited)
