Its too cold for me already

I don't know if I will make it this winter, last winter was bad enough but the fact I am already struggling this early on tells me it's going to be a struggle.

My body just has never adjusted to the British climate.

    Surprisingly, these work well.

You moaned about the heatwave last year...why not move to another country where you don't really have seasons

Thicker socks, more layers, bung a hat on, my snood comes out when it gets chilly.
Hot water bottle and a blanket over your legs if cold.
A lot of people say they're cold but do naff all about it, just sat on the sofa shivering, get up move your body, get one of them mini bike exercise machines to get your blood pumping a bit, snuggle up to your significant other, or cat/dog.
Be thankful being a bit chilly is the only pressing issue right now, some folks out in the world are going through it.

It isn't even cold yet. We've only had two frosts so far. Put a jumper on and stop moaning

Exactly, we're expecting 15 degrees in the SE today lol

Wait until it's -5 during the day and then start complaining...

    Bloody moaners

Wearing layers makes a big difference.

Suspect people are moaning because of the sudden shift. Should have been colder earlier than now but the heat dragged on a bit countering the earlier nights. Also everyone is different - my significant other's hands and feet get ice cold (to the touch) when she's sat right next to me in the same room. People are allowed to moan. If someone in an African tribe mentions its got chilly on an evening do people tell them they're not allowed to complain because of what Eskimos deal with!

Get some thermal underwear. Our house got down to 12c last winter but still didn't feel cold. Doubt the heating will go on until at least mid November. We use gas for heating, hot water and cooking

Movement is key, if your sat on sofa you'll get cold. Hoover the stairs you'll warm up
