    Looks lovely but don't like the website where you have to create an account to view. Once created unsubscribe doesn't work. They bombard you with at least 2 emails per day. It took months and eventually contacted customer services to drop me off.

    Perhaps once upon a time, but there are some fantastic synthetic fills now, especially in brands like this. Feather down is still king of the warmth to weight ratio, but if it gets wet, you get cold. It needs more care to clean and of course the annoyance of feather shedding. Synthetic avoids all those issues. I've an Arc'teryx jacket that is synthetic fill and it's fantastic, now nearly 5 years old and good as new. Very warm and easy to wash. I have a down coat too for when it gets properly Baltic out there, but it doesn't often come out the cupboard.

    Great price if you don't mind the colour. Don't get the bad press about sport pursuit! I've bought loads of gear from there including a tentbox classic that was nearly a grand cheaper than anywhere else

    I have this jacket from SP, bought earlier in the year. Great jacket, a little long on the arms that I like. Long at the back and my partner loves that she can find me in a crowd.

    Same when I saw sports pursuit plus I like Rab stuff. The amount of moaning for this website is amazing...love it.

    I have the blue one, ideal on a dry autumn day, but be aware it isn't remotely waterproof! In fact it seems to actively attract water and turns into a sponge! Get caught in heavy rain and you'll literally be turning it upside down to empty the pockets of water (edited)

    Tempted by this. Is it as lime yellow as it looks. Rab website doesn't seem to have this colour option and their yellow looks a bit more mustard than lime like this one. Anyone know.
