I was told by guys who do online cyber security to limit who knows your Mothers maiden name as it can be used for fraud. If thats a question then I don't supply that information.

No one says you have to use your mother's ACTUAL maiden name, just make one up and remember it. Hell you can use the same name for your first pet, favourite teacher and all those other nonsense questions. Just treat it like a second password.- Thank you OP for this.
