- All information detailing how to receive this Bonus forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of participation that all rules are accepted as final and that the participant agrees to abide by these rules. Participation will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The information given in these terms and conditions are correct, however, Quidco reserves the right to change any of the below without prior notice.
- The Bonus is available to all Quidco members who opt in and make a purchase of £20 or more with one of our selected gaming retailers between 29/10/2023 00:00:00 and 29/10/2023 23:59:59.
- The retailers included in the Bonus are: Green Man Gaming, CDKeys, My Nintendo Store, Game and Humble Bundle.
- The Bonus is £10 which is in addition to the retailer’s cashback rate and will be rewarded when the qualifying cashback is confirmed.
- The Bonus will be visible above the qualifying purchase in your activity or when selecting Bonus cashback via the activity filter.
- If a valid purchase does not track, the member is required to submit a missing cashback claim.
- If a missing cashback claim is raised on a qualifying purchase the Bonus will not be given until the claim has been confirmed by the retailer.
- A qualifying purchase is classified as: 1) Opting in and making the required number of purchases from the specified retailer, 2) Making a purchase that is eligible for cashback and not excluded from retailer T&C’s, 3) The purchase amount meets the required minimum spend for each individual purchase , 4) The cashback isn’t declined by the retailer.
- Cashback is not paid on VAT, delivery charges and any other additional fees, although occasionally some retailers may pay cashback on the full basket amount. When a minimum spend threshold is required to be eligible for cashback, retailers do not count VAT and fees in the total spend amount.
- This Bonus is limited to the first 3,000 opt ins.
- The Bonus can only be redeemed once per account holder, and fraudulent or duplicate claims will not be paid.
- Each purchase can only be linked to one bonus. If a member wishes to redeem multiple bonuses a separate opt in and eligible purchase is required for each one.
- Quidco shall not be responsible for lost connections, miscommunications, failed computer transmissions or technical failures. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
- Uses of personal data received by Quidco in the course of the promotion are subject to Quidco's GDPR compliant data protection policy as of 25th May 2018.
- Quidco reserves the right to remove any account holders from the promotion that they feel may breach any of these terms and conditions or may bring the participant or the promotion into disrepute. This includes bookings that may be fraudulent or otherwise contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

Not sure if the humble store and bundles are seen differently
There seems to have been the usual excitement with Quidco - where everyone says its a scam, it hasn't "instantly tracked" - whereas many have now done so and the rest will soon catch up.
So, in an attempt to "head-off" the new excitement when people don't have the £10 in their accounts by the end of today, available to withdraw, just letting you know time scales.
Just to warn others on here.

Once you have an order tracked on the correct day you are safe pretty much.
Even if it didn't tie to it, they would sort that for you, but it will im sure.

Granted, i haven't purchased anything on Game since 2020! But that shouldn't matter, as i do have an online account. But then when i tried to reset my password, i was sent an odd email;
Also, it just says "Hi", and doesn't even state my name!
The email continues stating that i don't have an online account, (which i do) but i do have a registered rewards card for store, and that i should register for a new account, or try to login with my details as normal! Which i can't, as i am obviously trying to reset my password.
The most worrying thing i have noticed, is that when i wanted to contact them for help, the link at the bottom of the email flags up a bad link, which i did tap on, but never continued with!
I do believe that this Quidco link to the Game website may be very outdated!
Personally, i would use caution with the quidco link to game (if it is outdated that is) as from what i have experienced trying to use it, i have had issues.
I want to also state, that i am not in any way saying to anyone don't use this post, as it is a very good deal, and i myself have opted into it, to get the deal.,
I just wanted to share my experience tonight, and to also ask if anyone had had a similar experience when trying to go through to the Game website through the quidco link. (edited)
