    Only problem is lack of roaming (you have to buy add-on’s), I’d argue the o2 deal at £8pm is better for that reason alone

    I don't get why anyone is on VOXI unless they have the unlimited data glitch even if you want the Vodafone network - TalkMobile do 150GB for £9.95 or 50GB for £7.95, and you at least get 5GB of EU roaming which is better than 0 especially if you only tend to make shorter trips...

    If you scale up from a current plan, just make sure you take a screenshot showing the new plan kicking at the monthly renewal. I was denied an increased data plan last year and couldn't be bothered arguing the toss.

    Absolute ball ache trying to move from a Vodafone sim only to Voxi.

    Out of contract, go on Voxi site, enter number, sorry you need to talk to Vodafone support please call this number. Call Vodafone, sorry we can’t do anything, if you want to move you’ll need to go on Voxi live chat.

    Go on to Voxi live chat, no problem we need to migrate you from Vodafone which takes 72 hours, once complete you’ll disconnect from Vodafone and you can then register with Voxi and choose a plan.

    All well and good but after all of this the BF deal will have expired and they have said I can’t purchase the plan in advance?!

    Sign up to the Voxi deal now. The SIM will arrive in a couple of days. Get your PAC from Vodafone and use that when your SIM arrives.

    I've been on vodafone esim but closed my contract early today as I had the £12.00 voxi deal from a while ago. The ballache waiting for the port to happen from esim to my existing voxi sim has been ridiculous. No whatsapp while waiting for the xfer to happen, vodafone chat really not wanting to help then huffily transferring me to voxi chat, that seemed to go ok I thought but my voda esim has now been disconnected and voxi couldn't seem to find the port request for the 40 minutes I was on chat with them trying to find out what's happening today! Not a great start considering they're the same sodding company...
