I just see it accidentally, and it was around £50 normally. It is now £35 for a year, I think it is a good deal

Used these sim cards in our holiday home for the last few years in a 4g router. Great product but remember to lower streaming clarity on apps like netflix or disney. If not it won't last long
    zenith's avatar
How do you lower the streaming clarity on Netflix please

What's the expiry on this? Like if I purchased now but didn't use/activate till next January would that be fine?
    kar999's avatar
I believe it's 6 months expiry if not activated. I purchased a bunch of 6Gb ones in a clearance deal from Currys a few years back. When I came to use them 12 months or so later the numbers had all been relocated & the data & money spend lost.

£35 foe the whole year right ?

£35 for 120GB of Data Only, to use over a 12 month period.

With heavy data usage, the sim could last just a few months. Then you would have to purchase a new sim or top up the existing sim for £35 depending on what the price is then.

With light usage it could last several months. The sim will expire after 12 months and if there is any remaining data left, that will be lost.

Can you switch your number to this SIM and use it as main? Limit your data to 10gb/month and use at as £2.9/month sim?
    Uthman's avatar
yeah if you don’t want to call or text anyone

Not sure how but I managed to nab 125GB for £15/mo as part of the Plusnet migration deal - seeing this I didn't realise how good a deal that was!
    STAVVI2022's avatar
It's for 120gb to last a year. Ideal for Holiday homes or for incar WiFi etc
  7. Ash_Hoque's avatar
Why is this a good deal? Seeing as companies like smarty, Lebara etc do much cheaper deals.

Coverage. EE coverage is superb in my area, miles better than Vodafone or 3 (edited)

Ebay, Vodafone SIM. 20gb data every month for 6 months. Unlimited minutes. £15 for six months

A quick search on E Bay Vodafone SIM. 20gb data every month for 6 months shows prices as low as £10.75.

Not quite as good, but the current Lebara Money Saving Expert deal gives you 12GB a month plus calls and texts, comes out to £47.40
Assuming you plan to use it in an area with good Vodafone coverage...

Got this for £50 for 120gb two weeks ago the last one in the area. Argos also had same card for £60. Looked to get another one for next year at £35 but none in stock in store or for delivery.

I use the three version that lasts 24 months in my iPad for work. Easily lasts that long as all I use it for is note taking and browsing files on OneDrive during site meetings. As a backup I hotspot if there is no signal. But EE has better coverage so will go for this next time if it's this price
  22. Speculator's avatar
does anyone know if we still need to call them to reactivate the sim at the halfway point?

Had to do it twice previously with this sim. (edited)
  23. youngchap's avatar
In total 120gb or 120gb every month?

Looking for an unlimited minutes sim
    Cheap please?
    student.223's avatar
It sounds like it's 120GB for 12 months.

Either way, it's a data only sim. No calls/texts included.

Lebara do some cracking deals. (edited)

I have Vodafone as my main network with a 3 Mobile e-SIM as a backup for vodafone data dead zones. Could I add this EE sim as an e-SIM so I could benefit from the network coverage of all three providers?
    Jaydev_Chhagan's avatar
possibly but most phones will only let u have 2 Sims active at the same time.
  26. youngchap's avatar
Any sim like that with unlimited minutes too?
    pmaker's avatar
You don't need an sim for that
  27. Munkster's avatar
Good luck getting stock, I'll pass on driving almost 100 miles lol52446784-PJEnV.jpg
  28. carlokoko's avatar
That 10 GB a month for very light users. What about text and calls ? If unlimited could be for holidays back up ?
  29. Speculator's avatar
Have they fixed the issue where it automatically deactivates after exactly 6 months and you have to call them to reactivate? (edited)
    kar999's avatar
My data SIM numbers had been reallocated to other Sims some of which were in use, so the ones I had were useless. We are going back a couple of years ago now.
  30. QPRcelona's avatar
Anyone need a £6 off £60 min spend which expires today? Thanks (edited)
