That upper-right image looks like an (injected?) advert placeholder, not an Argos promo, although it does appear credibly tailored to the merchant. I do not see any such image/promo using desktop browser & adblocker turned off. Not checked if it appears when signed in.
What is the (busted) URL under the image, prior to the final error URL?

It was something to do with my account. I have just signed up to a second account using the Trainline method.
That second account had no issues, using the same browser and everything

Scam company, took hundreds from my mum who's elderly, disabled and never knew she signed up. Wouldn't refund even though never logged in, unable to cancel direct debit as they charge your card and not via that route (edited)
