    So all they need to do is call the number and ask for the deal?

    ive used their live chat trough 3 app all they offer is unlimited calls/texts but data is 25gb not unlimited for 8£ month/12 months contract

    If you are in the position of needing an upgrade as I was they have a 12 month 25gb data, unlimited calls/texts for £8/month

    Three has a really old system and that glitch out all the time, my parents to going to wales for the weekend in a caravan so they bought a data pack so they could have 60gb for £20. They purchase was done through their app and the money came out of the bank but they have no record of the purchase. Apparently it’s a common problem, they said it was because my parents have an old SIM card but it was freshly bought and activated from the three store. However when it does work the speeds are fast.
