    I’m going to be the first to resist the pile-on and add heat.  The price of everything has gone up crazy in the last few years.  Doesn’t seem like 2 mins ago when I was paying 40p for all these. 

    Not the world we live in now though.  I think this deal is ok.

    Energy costs, oil prices, Covid were the excuses to increase food costs but this is settling a lot but shops are keeping prices inflated; Maybe best not to advertise such high prices as a Deal.

    If the price rises were due to increased cost you would expect the profit margins to remain the same.
