They seem to have changed the dough on these, rather a cardboardy sort of vibe.

Yeah I was so disappointed trying them lately, these were my favourite bought pizzas at one time. It's very weird base now, almost like a thick cream cracker. Kids like them tho and they're a bargain so voted hot anyway 😄

Bargain. Shame they aren't as good as they used to be. But can't go wrong for a pound

Yeah they've definitely changed, they used to be alright for the price, now they're horrible like a thin kind of cardboard pizza with hardly any toppings. For a pound what can we expect, but they've well gone down hill

I too would vote extremely cold because as usual the Vegan versions are always excluded from these promotions. Not impressed :/

How does that make this particular deal cold?

These are horrible things, always have been - only now they're even worse.

What a disappointing thread the Pollo variety used to be my favourite frozen pizza back in the day. Now everyone is claiming the recipe for the dough has changed and is like cardboard. The base used to be hard enough back when I ate them so can't imagine what they're like now!

I bought an air fryer last year (for other reasons), but have been putting together my own pitta bread pizzas recently. Works out as really good value for money as you only really need an onion, tinned tomatoes (and/or tomato paste), mozzarella, herbs and a couple of other toppings (and of course the pitta bread itself.

Been to 2 Tesco stores. £1.50 each on club card price. Not the deal stated!

Tesco seem determined to cheese everyone off. First all these "Clubcard prices" where half the time a different pack size is cheaper because they've inflated the price of the "deal" a couple of weeks before. Now online only so anyone who wants to visit a store and scan the shopping yourself because they've closed the manned tills in the evening has to pay full price.

No wonder Aldi and Lidl are raking it in.

Yes they keep putting online only offers really annoying so if you shop in-store they are ripping us off that's why I am hardly using them now

worst frozen pizza money can buy
    DiddleMan's avatar
Wouldn’t even take them if they were giving them away

Voted COLD because they have excluded the vegan option.

Plus i refuse to be sucked in to the club card BS.
    optrex10's avatar
So you pay rip off prices for everything in Tesco?
  11. KP5's avatar
For anyone wondering - the Gluten Free versions aren’t included sadly. Still a good deal for all you iron clad stomach folk though, just not us coeliacs!!

Close enough to the old price of a quid, so a bargains for me!

    Good times

Voted hot for the price - but to me these are the absolute worst tasting pizzas ever. If you like them then a bit of a bargain.

Not the same recipe and they no longer make the speciale.. stopped buying since then. However 4 pizzas at this price is good value. Cheaper than supermarket own brand basics (edited)
