asdas bakery went downhill when they got rid of all their in store bakers and just started defrosting stuff that came in

Agreed, but they're all at it really, the rock solid icing is a big no from me. I find if you stick one in the microwave for 5 - 10 seconds or so it sort of helps.

When did we start spelling it wrong?

    Ingredients contain shellac! Not Vegan

Are these previously frozen, then defrosted in store so they become soggy and taste stale like most other Asda donuts (unlike Sainsbury's/Aldi etc).

Yes, they arrive frozen in the packet you buy them in

These are dry, if I'm gonna get fat. It's gonna be with the Krispy ones lol

More than 10x cheaper though. At least getting fat won't hurt the pocket like Krispy Kreme does haha.

Checked prices in my local shops and they were still £3.45 a dozen for the white iced ones. After spotting they were £1 online. It's cheaper to buy 3 x 4 packs as they are £1 each.

If you want nice (and cheap) donuts, try Iceland's "Daily Bakery" range.

The Cookies and Cream flavour is very nice.
