Out of curiosity, I downloaded this to see what it had to say. Trust me when I say: don't bother.
It's only about 30 pages long, but a fair chunk of these are taken up with meaningless preamble.
When you get to the main chapters, each is only a handful of pages long, but still broken up into lots of very brief subsections.
The content itself is nothing but a series of banal platitudes about how important communication is, listening to others etc. There's absolutely nothing here that would actually help you win an argument.
It's also written in a very odd way, with constant statements promising that 'we will discuss' this or that crucial feature, but never actually doing so. At a guess, I would say that this was very probably written by AI.
    Have to vote this 🥶!!

These selfpublished books aren't properly edited so many of them are really bad. Amazon allows publishing free rubbish without any control. All these books that start with "The secret of..." or "Authentic cooking book" are copy and paste from other books or maybe, like you say, they are AI. (edited)

In fact, flick through it during the argument and simply state "It says here, you're wrong!"

I don't hold out much hope for the usefulness of the contents if they are as sloppy in thought as the title.
If only the author hadn't added that "y" in the title.
