sorted byIt's only about 30 pages long, but a fair chunk of these are taken up with meaningless preamble.
When you get to the main chapters, each is only a handful of pages long, but still broken up into lots of very brief subsections.
The content itself is nothing but a series of banal platitudes about how important communication is, listening to others etc. There's absolutely nothing here that would actually help you win an argument.
It's also written in a very odd way, with constant statements promising that 'we will discuss' this or that crucial feature, but never actually doing so. At a guess, I would say that this was very probably written by AI.
