    I managed to reverse my 2 diabetes within few months with Intermittent fasting and I still eat most of the things i enjoy.

    Intermittent fasting can be dangerous. A new study of over 20,000 adults found that those who followed an 8-hour time-restricted eating schedule, a type of intermittent fasting, had a 91% higher risk of death from cardiovascular disease. To reverse type 2 diabetes you just need to lose weight and keep it off. A wholefood plant based diet is a good way of sustaining weight loss. Look up the work of Professor Roy Taylor.

    Thank you, Boz. This COULD be useful for my youngest brother who's fairly recently been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes ... he's the third sibling that's been diagnosed ... two of us Type 1 and two Type 2.
