Judging by the cover recipe I’d say they have it wrong. All that fruit would spike your blood sugar levels.

Im not adding or subtracting heat, but there is a lot of controversy about potentially AI generated books at present. Quite how this works out as 1600 days of food is questionable... The speculation is that these "free" books are trash given away in order to build credibility before they try to make money.
Amazon are of course "committed" to ensuring that AI generated content is flagged as being such...

not terrible, 1/3 recipes breakfast, 1/3 lunch, 1/3 dessert. Some alright suggestions, can't see myself finding swordfish though, or trying blueberry carrot cake.

We need to ask ourselves what the recipes in this book trying to achieve? Are they for type 1 or 2 diabetics? Are they trying to control blood sugars? Are they trying to manage or reverse type 2 diabetes? The fruit in the cover suggests they are trying to do the latter. Professor Roy Taylor recommends weight loss then a plant rich diet. Is this either or both of these. I guess there are more questions than answers.
