Shredded Wheat 75g
Salted pretzels 60g
Carnation Caramel 300g
Golden syrup 2 tbsp
Dark chocolate, finely chopped 100g
Milk chocolate, finely chopped 100g
To decorate:Mini chocolate eggs 80g
You will also need:Large baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Ice cream scoop.
STEP 1 OF 4In a large bowl, break the shredded wheat and pretzels into small pieces.
STEP 2 OF 4Add the golden syrup and Carnation caramel to a pan and heatgently until the mix has reached a loose consistency.
Remove the pan from the heat, add in the finely chopped chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted fully into the caramel mix.
STEP 3 OF 4Pour the chocolate caramel mix over the crushed shreddedwheat and pretzels and gently mix everything together.
STEP 4 OF 4Using a large spoon or ice-cream scoop, scoop the mix on to the lined baking tray. Using the back of the ice cream scoop orthe back of a spoon, gently push a dent into the nests and place two chocolate eggs in to it.
You can also scoop the mix into cupcake cases. Serves 15, Prep time 10 mins, Chill 1 hour
