sorted byI mean sure right qty in each serving...but regular use is not detrimental
Most Indian meals have some small amount of added turmeric, consumed at least 5 meals every week
Rajah are a decent brand.
If you were oblivious to the value of this, or the quality of the brand then it really isn't for you.
1kg is ALOT.
All aimed at snake oil lovers.
On an oil note, the BBC also has an article stating research appearing to suggest the absorption of curcumin is greatly assisted by ingestion with fats.
Meaning the whole 5% dietary supplement route is probably less effective than the 2% cooking grade curry addition.
That's if any of that's even true, or just marketing crap.
