    No. But they are great for attaching balloons to ceiling 🎈 like this with a string they look like they are helium filled, works a treat for parties etc.

    that is such a good idea! i have these, used for attaching pom poms to pictures and easter hats. i will defo be doing the balloons though for the next kids birthdays!
