    A lot of Gluten free pasta tastes like boiled dust.
    The only decent spaghetti I've found is from m+s, but would be interested in opinions on this.

    i buy the one from asda, the trick is that you cook to al dente, then turn off the heat and leave it sitting in the warm pasta water. As it cools, it soaks up some of the water and starch and completely changes the taste and texture
